A user can re-take a Unique Action selfie under ‘more’ in the mobile app by selecting ‘re-take the UAP’.

How do I set up new users?
Email your user request details to support@credas.co.uk and we will set them up for you.
What is the SLA for document verification?
Most* documents are verified within 30 seconds of submission.
* For documents requiring additional checks our standard SLA is one hour (within standard business hours).
What happens if a fake document is detected?
The system will alert our back office which triggers additional checks and processes. We will then notify you of the situation.
