Customer Account Manager

The Role:
At Credas, our relationship with our clients is central to all that we do. We facilitate that process through the use of high-quality customer account management techniques and processes.

The Customer Account Manager role is a critical interface point between our customers and the internal departments within the business. This is an advantageous and flexible role, and often long and lasting relationships are formed between our Customer Account Managers and their allocated customers.

  • Develop and nature relationships with an allocated customer base
  • Obtain customer feedback and input to our dedicated Customer Engagement process
  • Inform customer base of updates, developments and new features to the Credas solution
  • Identify commercial opportunities within your customer base
  • Manage incoming enquiries
  • Liaise with the Marketing department on outbound marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to the product development process
  • Produce monthly Account Management Report
  • Contribute to customer outreach projects and events

Essential skills:

  • Ability to build relationships either remotely or face to face
  • Outstanding communication and written skills
  • Highly organised and self motivated
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team

Nice to have:

  • Previous Account Management experience
  • Background in a regulated sector
