This is a key role as Credas continues to scale. The Compliance Officer will ensure that the Credas product offering reflects current and future legislation in all our core markets. Maintaining awareness of likely changes in future legislation and feeding back to the Product team to inform product development reflects changes in advise/guidance/regulations.
This role will become the ‘go to’ for any queries relating to compliance and will support the sales and marketing team where necessary in the response to RFI’s, tenders etc.
Internally, the Compliance Officer will also take responsibility for all Credas compliance obligations in areas such as recruitment and RTW, ICO, trade registrations etc.
Main purpose of role:
To ensure product development and commercial offering complies with latest AML, KYC, RTW, RTR and related legislations.
To ‘horizon scan’ to ensure changes in legislation are fed in to product development
